The Logo Islands are the two identical artificial islands built in the shape a palm leaf. The design is the logo of the Dubai Palm Developers. These two islands are personally owned by the Vice President and Prime Minister of United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The islands were built of 4.9 million cubic feet of sand.
